What we collect

If you fill in the volunteer form, we collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, skills, and availability dates. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your WhatsApp number and the messages you send. We don't run analytics profiling or sell data to anyone.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you and to organise your stay, volunteer placement, or travel questions. Nothing else.

How long we keep it

Volunteer applications are kept for the current season and then deleted. WhatsApp conversations stay in our WhatsApp account until deleted.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except where a booking platform (Hostelworld) or a payment provider needs it to complete a reservation you made. We do not sell or rent your data.
